**Responsibilities:**
1. Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers between designated locations, such as airports, hotels, rental car facilities, and other points of interest.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and answering any questions about the shuttle service or local area.
3. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other motorists.
4. Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
5. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when interacting with passengers and representing the company.
6. Follow designated routes and schedules, while also being flexible to accommodate special requests or changes in itinerary.
7. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts for reporting purposes.
8. Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs, such as providing wheelchair access or accommodating service animals, in accordance with company policies and regulations.
9. Communicate effectively with dispatchers or other team members to coordinate pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as any changes to the schedule or route.
10. Uphold the company's standards of safety, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
**Requirements:**
1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Previous experience as a shuttle driver or similar role preferred.
3. Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
4. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions and instructions effectively.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry luggage, assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, and perform other related tasks as needed.
7. Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.
8. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required by the employer.
9. Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a positive passenger experience.
