Salary: $151,800 - 253,000 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, etc.) or possess equivalent experience.
• I have 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, software engineering, or MLOps, specifically focusing on AI and Machine Learning deployment.
• I bring 6+ years of expertise in designing cloud solutions and supporting production projects, including hands-on experience with AWS or equivalent services (Azure, GCP).
• I possess 6+ years of programming experience using Linux Shell/CLI, Python, SQL, PowerShell, and other programming languages.
• I have 4+ years of experience managing teams and delivering complex and critical projects.
• I have 4+ years of experience in DevOps, leveraging CI/CD services such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Airflow, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• I have 4+ years of experience with database development and ETL/ELT pipelines, covering relational, NoSQL, and Neo4j databases.
• I have 3+ years of experience with deployment and optimization using tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, NVIDIA TensorRT/Triton, RAPIDs, Kubeflow, MLflow, and Kafka.
• I am located within commuting distance to one of Deloitte's consulting offices.
• I am able to travel about 10% of the time based on my work and clients.
• I understand that limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities:

• As an AI Engineering Manager/Solutions Architect, I will lead client engagements focused on designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex R&D-type challenges.
• I will oversee technical direction and solutions architecture, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities, define data strategies, and lead application deployments to address client use cases.
• I will work cross-functionally with data scientists, project managers, and industry experts to develop robust data platforms and cloud solutions.
• I am committed to a consultative approach, remaining platform agnostic, and dedicated to enhancing AI solution development with the best tools available. This includes on-premises and cloud deployment, high-performance computing, automation, DevOps, MLOps, data engineering, and optimizing IT infrastructure processes.
• I will work with clients to design, develop, and implement new architectures for machine learning and automation applications, including ELT functions, HPC/compute infrastructure, hybrid cloud solutions, and database management.
• I will apply my advanced technical expertise in modern data architecture, data science engineering, data transformation, and management of structured and unstructured data, utilizing both cloud computing and on-premise technologies.
• I will design and lead the development of scalable, high-performance data architecture solutions that not only support client businesses but also AI/GenAI use cases.
• I will enhance data architecture and pipelines, defining database schemas (Graph DB, SQL, NoSQL) to support algorithm scalability and deployment based on agile business priorities.
• I will partake in architectural and deployment discussions to ensure solutions are designed for success in scale, security, and high availability.
• I will adopt best engineering practices in automation, HPC, and AI/GenAI infrastructure and design patterns.
• I will define and lead technology proof of concepts to verify the feasibility of new data and cloud technology solutions.
• I will demonstrate strong thought leadership and execution in pursuit of modern data architecture principles and technology advancement.
• I will mentor, motivate, and coach junior members on technical best practices while inspiring their professional growth.

Please note that the wage range for this position reflects a variety of factors influencing compensation, including skill sets, experience, certification, and business needs. Current estimations for the salary range are $151,800 to $253,000. Qualified candidates may also have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on various performance factors.
