Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $2,100 weekly
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory for an exciting job in Syracuse, NY.
ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver direct nursing care in an ambulatory/acute care setting.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
Monitor, document, and report patient conditions using EPIC EMR (preferred).
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-treatment instructions.
Adhere to infection control protocols, hospital policies, and professional nursing standards.
Respond promptly to emergencies in accordance with Level 1 trauma hospital protocols (highly desired).
Active New York State RN License & Registration (in good standing).
BLS Certification (current or eligible for recertification).
Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the past 2 years) in a hospital of similar size/level.
Prior experience in ambulatory or urgent care preferred.
Experience in Level 1 trauma centers highly desired.
Experience with EPIC EMR.
Ability to work independently with minimal orientation.
Strong adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.
