**Job Title: Facilities Manager** **Job Description** We are looking for a Facilities Manager who will play a key role in our growth and transition as we move to a new location when our lease expires in 2027. You will be instrumental in identifying our new building and assisting with the installation of equipment. **Responsibilities** + Assist in locating a new building for the company. + Oversee the installation of equipment in the new facility. + Manage space planning and build-out processes. + Ensure effective facilities maintenance and management. + Implement and manage a vendor management system. + Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor relationships. + Work in a dynamic, start-up environment where changes occur daily. **Essential Skills** + Experience in space planning and build-out. + Knowledge of facilities maintenance and management. + Proficiency in vendor management systems and vendor relationships. + Experience working in lab environments. + Adaptability to a start-up environment with frequent changes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 5 years of experience with permitting, moving, and building out a company. + Mechanical skills are advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that is making strides in creating carbon-efficient cement, contributing positively to the environment. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
