Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with some travel requirements. Position Overview
This role is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across Operations teams. The Senior Operations Data Analyst Ops develops insights, optimizes processes, and supports strategic initiatives that improve client onboarding, operational efficiency, and service delivery. The position requires applying advanced analytical techniques to operationalize data in order to improve performance, mitigate risks, and support strategic planning across cross-functional teams.

Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key operational metrics.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and client-level trends.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational forecasting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
Develop models to forecast workload, capacity, and resource needs.
Partner with Senior Leadership, Project Leads, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Client Services, Business Intelligence) to understand data needs and deliver insights
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering timely and relevant analytics
Extract, transform, and analyze data using internal systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL-based platforms
Support the development and enhancement of internal tools to improve data accessibility and usability
Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred
7+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in implementation, client services and/or operations
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong understanding of operational workflows and KPIs
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred:
Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and client lifecycle metrics
Some travel required (10%)
Physical requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $77,000-110,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual and company performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
