**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** **Purpose:** **overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and handling administrative responsibilities.** **Key duties involve leading, training, and evaluating nursing staff; developing and implementing clinical protocols; and collaborating with other departments and physicians to improve patient outcomes.** **What you will do:** + **Staff management:** Hire, train, schedule, and supervise nursing staff. Conduct performance evaluations, resolve personnel issues, and ensure staff have the necessary credentials and training. + **Clinical oversight:** Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by supervising the administration of infusion therapies. Monitor patient care metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives. + **Leadership and collaboration:** Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans and optimize outcomes.
