What a Staffing Recruiter W ill Do:

• Recruiting
• Applicant screening
• Interviewing
• Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement
• Counseling employees
• Listening to and applying constructive criticism

You’ll Be Successful Because You Have:

• Great Customer Service
• Awesome communication skills
• Comfortable with computers. Be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think "outside of the box".
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
• Previous staffing experience a plus
• Prefer candidate with Inside Sales and/or Recruiting experience.

Things a Staffing Recruiter Should Know :

• Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including early mornings or late evenings when needed)
• Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed
