The RN responsibilities include: + Independently caring for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards + Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. + Professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization + Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned Why BayCare?
