About the role:
As a CBRE Regional Portfolio Planner, you will provide consulting services to a large global technology client. You’ll oversee our Portfolio Consulting business in multiple geographical locations and guide a collaborative team.
This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Portfolio Planning services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
Expected travel up to 25% within the United States.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Regional Portfolio Planner role is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Regional Portfolio Planner position is $150,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
