Ford of Londonderry is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Person to work in our busy Parts Department.
Job Includes but not limited:
o Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries in person, on phone, and online
o Identify, locate and provide accurate parts using Ford's electronic catalog system
o Process parts orders, returns, and invoices efficiently
o Maintain inventory levels and organize stock for easy access
o Work closely with technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts
o Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
