Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 1 st shift

Salary: $28-32.00/hour
Job Summary of the Maintenance Technician: We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! While working with the Maintenance team, you will perform maintenance, troubleshoot problems, perform preventive maintenance, and repair electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace to produce quality products.
Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
· Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on most electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment.
· Troubleshot and analyze problems on equipment (i. e. control panels, air compressors, ovens, bearings, drives and air conditioning units, etc.).
· Perform repairs on most electrical, mechanical and industrial equipment from pneumatic impact guns to programmable controllers and microprocessors.
· Be able to weld, cut and grind metal for mold and machine repairs
· Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation (ex. requisitions for equipment, etc.) for the department.
· Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements.
· Build and/or remodel equipment for the operation.
Education & Experience Requirements of the Maintenance Technician :
·2 - 5 years Industrial Maintenance (preferred, will allow schooling as experience):
· Associate's Degree in Electrical Maintenance (preferred)
· Journeyman's card - Electrical or Mechanical (preferred)
· Rotational molding experience (a plus)
·3 - 5 Years Manufacturing experience (preferred)
· Fork Lift/Scissor Lift Experience (required)
· Weld background (know how to weld)
· Computer skills
· Hand tools like angle grinders, drills, calipers, vertical mills, lathe, pneumatic tools, and horizontal band saws.
