At Stay Après Vacation Rentals , we manage some of Ellicottville’s most loved luxury chalets — homes where families and friends gather to relax, connect, and recharge. We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping things running smoothly.

This role blends hands-on repair work with scheduling, coordination, and communication. You’ll oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure every home meets our high standards for guest-ready perfection.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and schedule all maintenance and repair work across our chalet portfolio.
• Perform a range of property maintenance/repairs (from weeding and shovelling to basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Prioritize and track work orders digitally from your phone and laptop.
• Communicate clearly with team members and outside vendors as needed.
• Conduct proactive inspections to ensure every property is in top condition.
• Provide professional, courteous service during guest interactions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in property or facility maintenance.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and scheduling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently
• A customer-service mindset with a calm, professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable managing work flow from your phone and laptop.
• Must live within 30 minutes of Ellicottville.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (truck preferred).

Hours & Pay

• Full-time, flexible schedule
• Occasional evening & weekend on-call coverage (mostly Saturdays)
• $30-$35/hour (1099 role)
