Scope and Purpose

• Support the DCM originators in drafting and creating client presentation materials and updates
• Assist the originators in specific phases of the execution of DCM mandates
• Conduct industry research and market analysis to support the marketing reading for issuers
• Create financial models to analyze company projections under the supervision of senior members; analyze potential transactions
• Work in close relationship with the other investment banking/capital market departments of IMI Sec and the relationship managers in ISP
• Build financial models to analyze company projections and analyze potential DCM transactions to support DCM proposal to clients
• Work on specialized management reports including company reports, industry and marketing reports
• Prepare daily market commentary, weekly economic reports to be distributed internally and to clients
• Support senior members of the team in all the quantitative analysis within the operational phases of DCM transactions
• Draft marketing presentations, evaluations and all other documents supporting the desk's activities; develop credit models
• Support live transaction coordinating with the DCM,Syndicate groups and internally with Legal, Compliance and Credit groups.
• Legal contractual documentation

Required Experience

• 1 - 2 years working experience in a Corporate Finance or Markets role
• Experience in Investment Banking – Debt Capital Markets as a plus

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics

Technical skills:

• Thorough understanding of Accounting, Investments and the Financial Market
• Series 79 and 63 Licenses 

• Knowledge of Bond Math and Fixed Income products

• Advanced computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite

Language skills:

• English language;
• Fluency in Italian is a plus

The salary range for this position is 80k $-110k $
