Job Overview The Hubbell Summer Internship Program is a 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.
As a People Analytics (HR) Intern, you will begin to master the analysis process from start to finish, building your own data set, visualizing in Power BI, and presenting the key insights.
- Partner with internal stakeholders
- Develop presentation skills & learn to tell the right story
- Work with Power BI, and excel to build or modify analytical models
- Help drive the business through data driven decision making

What will help you thrive in this role?
- Enrollment in an accredited university working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree related to the internship (required)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (required)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
