Working in Home Health and Hospice is deeply rewarding for many reasons. You have the flexibility to create your own schedule, care for one patient at a time, and manage patients holistically—an approach not always possible in the fast-paced hospital bedside environment. Western Montana is beautiful and unspoiled, and the travel time between patient homes adds a refreshing balance to your day.
