OPEN JOB: Full-Time Breast Radiologist | No Call, No Weekends | $800K + Equity
LOCATION: Positions open in both KNOXVILLE, TN and HATTIESBURG, MS

BASE SALARY: $500,000 to $800,000 + EQUITY

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• ABR or AOBR board certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in breast imaging preferred
• Fellowship training in breast imaging 
• Licensed or eligible for medical license in Mississippi
• Opportunity to build onsite, breast program 

JOB DETAILS:

• Our client, a leader in the imaging space is seeking a full-time Breast Radiologist to join a multi-specialty physician group in both their Knoxville, TN and Hattiesburg, MS locations. These are 2 on site openings (1 in each location).
• This outpatient-only role offers a balanced schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities - ideal for physicians seeking predictable work hours in a collaborative environment.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST
• Time Off: 10 weeks PTO plus holidays
• Responsibilities: Option to focus exclusively on breast imaging; no evening, weekend, or call coverage
• Compensation:  Starting base salary of $500k, with the potential to exceed $800k through productivity bonuses and equity participation.
• Collaborative Environment: Active multi-disciplinary environment, along with conferences and tumor board participation

About the Role:

• Proven Excellence: ACR Breast Imaging Center of Excellence and regional leader in breast care.
• Full-Scope Services: Screening & diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and minimally invasive biopsies with same-day diagnostics.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside breast surgeons, oncologists, reconstructive surgeons, and women’s health specialists.
• Community Engagement: Active support of the Pink Ribbon Fund and breast cancer awareness outreach.

Professional Qualifications:

• ABR or AOBR board certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in breast imaging preferred
• Fellowship training in breast imaging 
• Licensed or eligible for medical license in Tennessee (for the Knoxville job) or Mississippi (for the Hattiesburg job)
