As a  Prep Academy Tutor , you will:

• Empower students with academic support based on the New Jersey curriculum.
• Develop  customized learning plans that help students truly understand the material, not just memorize it.
• Offer  remedial and enrichment opportunities to help students who need extra support—or a challenge to stretch them further.
• Collaborate with parents to keep them in the loop on progress, struggles, and successes.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking dynamic, compassionate educators who meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You hold a current, valid registration with the  New Jersey Department of Education .
• You're a  qualified teacher in the United States (or in the process of becoming one).
• You're a  current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
• You have experience as a  lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university.
• You are a  subject matter expert (you have a Master's or PhD)
