Executive Assistant to the US CEO Location Miami, FL : Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO, USA Job Location : Miami, FL As the Executive Assistant to the US CEO of DHL Global Forwarding, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO in various administrative and strategic capacities. This position requires a dynamic and organized individual who can seamlessly manage complex schedules, coordinate events, and contribute to high-level projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and expense arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external distribution
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute logistics for meetings, conferences, and events
  • Assist in managing key projects by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports for strategic initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external key stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Minimum of 4 years related experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Keen understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets preferred
  • Familiarity of financial principles and concepts
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing events
  • Proven ability to contribute to and manage projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
