Crush City Innovations in Houston, TX is hiring entry-level marketing, customer service, and management trainees for immediate openings. This is a full-time, in-person position with comprehensive training, weekly pay, and no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of sales and marketing strategy, customer interaction, and brand representation
• Work face-to-face with customers, clients, and local businesses to drive product and service awareness
• Promote products and services to customers, clients, and businesses 
• Act as the main point of contact for all customers
• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Learn marketing, leadership, and management fundamentals
• Assist with event setup, execution, and client promotions
• Develop communication and professional skills through training

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be local to Houston, TX
• Must be available to start immediately
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Energetic, professional, and motivated
• No degree required. (We value ambition, reliability, and a strong work ethic.)
