Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns that promote our programs, services, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead digital campaigns from concept to execution to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Manage website content and SEO/SEM strategies to improve traffic and online visibility.
Create and schedule engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing materials and content that align with brand goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and email automation platforms.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong organizational and time management abilities.
