About this opportunity... We're looking for a strategic, hands-on creative leader to join our team as an Associate Art Director . In this role, you'll concept, develop, and execute packaging and design projects for Ross and dd's across multiple product lines. You'll collaborate closely with the Art Director, cross-functional partners, and external talent to deliver work that aligns with our customer strategy while pushing creative boundaries. You'll lead one to two direct reports and manage designers on projects ranging from seasonal and private label packaging to graphic development and special initiatives. This position requires a hybrid schedule, with 3 days per week in our NYC office. The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location.
