Job Description

Our client, a top retailer in Foothill Ranch, CA, is looking for a UX RESEARCHER!

Responsibilities:

UX Research role for physical product, not digital.
Designing products with the end-user in mind.
Thinking about how our customers are going to use our products helps us to create a more useful design.
There are various methods for establishing what designs people want, including collecting data and ideas from the target user.
You will research brands, culture, products, and marketing.
You will conduct interviews, surveys and evaluations including fields tests to unlock potential opportunities then ensure they meet the user's needs.
Satisfying the end-user is the goal and this requires collaboration and influence. Collab with Design teams, Product Strategy, Engineering and Marketing.

Primary tasks:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan research initiatives
Define research goals
Define workstream plan and timeline
Deploying the right research methods
Collecting data and performing interviews
Synthesize data
Storytelling and influencing with your insights

Qualifications:

Degree in related field
