This role requires someone who can design high level web experiences. You will be on the eComm Web Design and Strategy team. You'll work closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product managers, program managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers to discover and understand business, feature, and user requirements that translate into thoughtful design executions for the site experience.Responsibilities:
Designing incredibly polished work that represents the brand and product experience through visual comps, wireframes, flows and prototypes. Owning multiple product features for medium to large projects. Rapidly iterating and refining design concepts-from brief through final delivery. Working closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of producers, product managers, project managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers. Inspiring new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems. Qualifications 4+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design with proven experience in visual and UX. A bachelor's degree or any combination of education, training and experience in design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction or a related field. Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle and Keynote. UI motion design experience with tools like After Effects. Familiarity with 3D, AR is a plus. Experience with the particulars of designing for digital experiences. Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design and execution. Ability to deliver high-quality, end-to-end design solutions that uphold quality standards. Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise. Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process. Strong collaborator with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers and marketers. Solid design process and strong attention to detail. Experience working with consumer research and data.
