Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Licensed Professional Nurse** to work at a Facility in **Portage, Wisconsin.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.
40hrs Travel Package
Weekly Gross Pay = $720
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $18
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1127 (Hotel-700 Meals-427)
Total Weekly ($1127 is not taxed)= $1847
Feels like per hour = $46.18
$1847 div 40 hours = $46.18
**Shift Details:**
+ Class: LPN Shift: 1 Start: 13:00:00 End: 21:30:00
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Main duties: med pass, assisting with admissions and other standard nursing LPN duties.
+ Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
+ Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
+ Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
+ Maintain accurate patient medical records
+ Provide companionship and basic care to patients
+ Administer prescribed medications to patients
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ **At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse**
+ Must have up to date credentials in the state of **Wisconsin**
+ A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) or Red Cross
+ Ability to build rapport with patients
+ Compassionate and caring demeanor
+ Familiarity with medical terminology
+ **Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away**
