Position: Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of inspiring excellence and achieving sales milestones. Your role will include:
- Setting Standards: Maintain a daily focus on achieving individual and team targets, driving us towards sales and profit projections.
- Team Building: Develop a high-performing team through training, evaluation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Enforce company policies, manage P&L, and execute strategic initiatives for optimal performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership Experience: Bring at least one year of retail management experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortably navigate POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
- Clear Communication: Interpret and convey instructions effectively in various forms.
