Compensation: $55,000-75,000 / year

Job Description:

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our clients accounting team as a growth-focused role within their organization. This position is ideal for a strong recent Accounting graduate or an early-career accounting professional who is eager to develop their skills and grow within a company that offers meaningful promotion opportunities.

This role provides hands-on exposure to core accounting functions while working closely with experienced accounting leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentation
• Assist with financial statements and internal reporting
• Support audits and special accounting projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with a few years of accounting experience
• Strong foundation in accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Work Location
