Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction : Provide friendly and efficient service to fans, ensuring a positive experience at the counter.
• Cash Handling : Manage cash register operations, process payments, and provide accurate change, all while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Concession Sales : Take orders for food and beverage, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of items while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow team members and event management to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
• Inventory Management : Assist in monitoring stock levels of food, beverages, and merchandise, restocking as necessary to ensure availability.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a cashier or concessions role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high pressure with a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
• Must Be 18 Years and older.
