This role is responsible for driving profitability, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, developing our people, and maintaining strong process discipline in a fast-paced dealership environment. What You’ll Do * Lead day-to-day Service Department operations (lane management, dispatch, workflow, quality control) * Ensure exceptional customer service and protect CSI performance * Coach, train, and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff * Monitor key fixed ops metrics: ELR, productivity, efficiency, RO count, warranty compliance, and gross targets * Oversee warranty submissions, repair order accuracy, and GM compliance * Partner with Parts, Used Cars, BDC, and Accounting to support dealership goals * Manage used car recon workflow and ensure timely completion * Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally * Drive continuous process improvement and maintain a safe, organized shop What We’re Looking For
