Hiring: W2 Candidates Only Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize our SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise, understands financial business processes end-to-end, and can translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will work closely with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality configurations and improvements.

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and document business processes.
• Configure SAP FICO solutions, enhancements, and integrations with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR).
• Perform system testing: unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities across finance and controlling.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Work closely with ABAP developers to deliver custom solutions.
• Assist with system upgrades, S/4HANA migrations, and process optimizations.
• Provide end-user training, process documentation, and ongoing functional support.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4-8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of FI submodules: GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting, Tax Configurations.
• Strong knowledge of CO submodules: CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA.
• Experience with integration between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD).
• Ability to translate financial business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.

• Experience with S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, ACDOCA, New Asset Accounting).
• Knowledge of FSCM, Treasury, or Product Costing.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for finance.
• Exposure to SAP interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs) and data migration tools (LTMC, BDC).
• Background in Agile or hybrid methodologies
