Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools - FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
Configure and customize Salesforce features such as Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Objects, Fields, and Layouts.
Build and manage integrations using Salesforce Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk).
Create dashboards and reports to support business and executive decisions.
Retrieve and manipulate data from Oracle databases and integrate with external systems.
Lead design sessions, translate business needs into technical solutions, and guide junior developers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement).
Ensure high standards for testing, deployment, and ongoing system maintenance.
7+ years of Salesforce development/configuration experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
Expertise with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder).
Experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Salesforce Developer or Administrator Certification (mandatory).
Experience retrieving data from Oracle databases.
Local to Trenton, NJ (must be able to work onsite 3 days a week).
Experience with Metadata API and Public Sector Foundation .
Background in Java / J2EE / Struts / JSP / JavaScript .
Prior work in public sector or government environments.
