Salary: $114,080 - 218,030 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 6 years of software development experience, showcasing strong technical expertise in specific technologies
• 4 years of experience delivering technology solutions throughout the full software systems and application development lifecycle, including leadership in code/design reviews
• Basic knowledge of languages such as Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python
• Proven ability to research technical challenges and offer innovative solutions
• Experience in troubleshooting applications and systems for production issues
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Solid understanding of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and tools

• Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions across various technologies to integrate existing systems
• Collaborate with Engineers or Architects within and outside the department
• Lead code/design reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Develop intricate algorithms to address business requirements
• Investigate and resolve complex application and system issues through troubleshooting
• Mentor colleagues and coach them on system design, development, and maintenance
• Review teammates code for quality and adherence to standards
• Influence and shape the architecture and quality standards of the domain
• Identify and optimize system performance issues, including managing technical debt
• Ensure compliance with risk and monitoring policies during business activities
