We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and utilizing the latest technology and techniques to restore our clients' properties to their pre-loss condition. Job Summary: As a Restoration Technician at Restoration 1 - Omaha, NE, you will be responsible for responding to on-site emergencies and implementing the necessary restoration procedures to mitigate damage and restore the affected property. Working closely with our team and following industry best practices, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients through difficult situations and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This individual-contributor role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for growth within our franchise. Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of $36,000 to $52,000 per year
• Paid weekly
• Opportunities for growth within the franchise

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency restoration calls on-site and assess the extent of damage
• Implement appropriate restoration procedures, including but not limited to water extraction, drying, and decontamination
• Document all work performed and communicate progress to clients and team members
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
• Maintain and care for equipment and tools used in restoration procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a restoration or construction-related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
