Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of our restaurant outlets, including dining room, lounge, in-room dining, coffee shop, and special events.

• Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver warm, attentive, and authentic service.

• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Drive guest satisfaction through quality control, employee engagement, and training.

• Monitor financial performance-manage budgets, control costs, and boost revenue through smart planning and creative promotions.

• Coordinate and execute special events, holiday functions, and unique dining experiences.

• Champion Hyatt's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect in the workplace.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting.

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, including wine, beer, and spirits is preferred.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of POS systems and general computer applications.

• Detail-oriented and service-driven, with a "yes, and..." mindset.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications - External

• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people

• 3 years or more of hotel F&B leadership experience (preferably with Hyatt)

• Service oriented style with professional presentations skills

• Proven leadership skills

• Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line

• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

• Experience in implementing new food & beverage concepts
