Join Our Growing Team at Automated Outdoor Solutions!

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable technician to join our Repair Department as we continue to grow in the exciting world of robotic lawncare and outdoor automation.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair six leading brands of robotic lawncare equipment
• Service and repair battery-powered hand tools such as trimmers and blowers
• Process warranty claims and complete necessary repair documentation
• Invoice customers and track service records accurately
• Manage parts inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Provide excellent customer service —answering questions and ensuring satisfaction
• Contribute to a team-focused, fast-growing environment where your input matters

• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers
• Organized and efficient in a workshop environment
• A problem solver who enjoys hands-on technical challenges

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer literacy (for invoicing and warranty entry)
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and hand tools
• Mechanical or repair experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
