Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory

Weekly Pay Range: $2,200 – $2,600
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient/ambulatory setting
Conduct thorough nursing assessments and implement appropriate interventions
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor and document patient responses, and escalate concerns as needed
Utilize electronic medical records (EPIC preferred) to ensure accurate documentation
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
Uphold infection control protocols and regulatory compliance standards
Active RN license in the State of New York
Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Minimum of 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the last 2 years
Previous experience in outpatient oncology strongly preferred
Familiarity with EPIC EMR is advantageous
Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills required
Experience in Level 1 Trauma Centers is highly desirable
