Quality Supervisor | Delta Township, MI

Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct training for production and quality personnel on quality systems and standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and maintain accurate quality documentation and records.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and core quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor a quality inspection team.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and using various measurement equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor training.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with supplier quality management and development.
