The ideal candidate will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow functionality. We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee's knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities** + Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow platform and application functionality. + Collaborate with development teams to validate and test ServiceNow functionality. + Manages testing of developed/configured ServiceNow functionality (i.e., QA, Unit, Functional, Regression, Systems Integration Testing, UAT). + Documents all test cases, test scripts and test results in ServiceNow. + Supports testing and implementation of platform upgrades and patches. + Coordinates with product owners and internal teams to triage and remediate defects. + Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, contributing to QA planning and test coverage estimation. + Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation and traceability of defects, test cases, and outcomes. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree. + 4+ years of experience as a Low Code Tester. + 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Testing. + Experience writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts. + Experience with entire SDLC and Agile Scrum development methodologies. + Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team and communicate findings clearly. + Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements. + Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination. _Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding._ Many of our jobs come with great benefits - Some offerings are dependent upon the role, work schedule, or location, and may include the following: **Paid Time Off** PTO / Vacation - 5.67 hours accrued per pay period / 136 hours accrued annually Paid Holidays - 11 California residents receive an additional 24 hours of sick leave a year **Health & Wellness** Medical Dental Vision Prescription Employee Assistance Program Short- & Long-Term Disability Life and AD&D Insurance **Spending Account** Flexible Spending Account Health Savings Account Health Reimbursement Account Dependent Care Spending Account Commuter Benefits **Retirement** 401k / 401a **Voluntary Benefits** Hospital Indemnity Critical Illness Accident Insurance Pet Insurance Legal Insurance ID Theft Protection **Teleworking Permitted?** Yes **Teleworking Details** 100% Remote **Estimated Salary/Wage** USD $80,000.00/Yr.
