As a Product Owner, you will serve as a strategic partner to both our clients and internal teams, ensuring our platform delivers maximum value. In this role, you’ll own and prioritize the product backlog, translate customer and market needs into actionable user stories, and guide the development team through the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure features are high-quality, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll be a trusted advisor in shaping solutions that optimize parcel operations, improve visibility, and drive measurable outcomes for our clients.
Requirements - Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria that deliver measurable value to clients.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure requirements are well understood.
- Drive the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring features are high-quality and customer-centric.
- Partner with business and internal/external stakeholders to understand current customer experience and identify areas of opportunity.
- Champion the voice of the customer and anticipate future needs in a rapidly changing logistics environment.
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and continuously evaluate product performance.
- Document product requirements, workflows, and release notes.
- Track product metrics and provide reports on feature performance.
- Create wireframes and mockups using Figma or generative UX design tools to visualize product concepts and workflows.
Desired Skills and Experience: - 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with data-heavy products, analytics, or AI/ML-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and backlog management.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance technical detail and business value.
- Background in logistics, shipping, or supply chain technology.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Pendo, or similar.
- Experience with KPI-driven product development and customer analytics.
