**About the role**
HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our client site located in Philadelphia, PA!
In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in the program such as Pilates, HIIT, strength training, circuit training, dance, step, and boot camp.
This is a flexible position teaching 1-4 class per week depending on your schedule:
Class times available to teach between the hours of 7:00AM - 5:00PM
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
+ HealthFitness approved Pilates certification required to teach Pilates.
+ Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
+ 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
+ Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
+ Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Compensation: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional commission opportunities for someone with an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved Personal Trainer certification.
