Job Description

Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program , is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL . About the Role

As a BCBA at Blue Bird Day , you will provide A pplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 3-6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

  • Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Providing caregiver education and family support
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
  • Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists

Compensation & Benefits
