Crunch Fitness is now accepting applications for a qualified Membership Support Specilaist  to join our fast-growing team!

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clubs, addressing inquiries and resolving membership issues in a timely manner
• Receive and process all membership changes and billing issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the company’s database or CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve account discrepancies, billing issues, or membership concerns.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on membership activity, billing, or other relevant metrics.
• Support any other tasks and duties assigned by leadership to support the corporate office

What we look for in an Membership Support Specilaist: 

• High School diploma or equivalency required
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Impeccable scheduling and time management skills
• Efficient and effective communication skills
• Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and is considerably tech-savvy
• Google Sheets Proficiency Required 
• Outgoing Personality
• Organized
• Professional and reliable
• Willing to go above and beyond
