Job Description

Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Provide direct support and assistance to our primary care prescribers.
• Coordinate and provide patient care, obtain chief complaints.
• Vital signs and other clinical information; monitor medication and supplies; and provide patient education.

Requirements:

• Ohio LPN or Certified Medical Assistant.
