Project Fee (one-time program build):
• $1150
•  Includes: spirits selection, program design, pricing worksheet, tasting notes, and event menu builds.

We’re looking for a Mexican Spirits Program Director to help us elevate our cantina into one of New York’s most exciting agave-forward destinations. This role is focused on building a world-class Mexican spirits identity for our event menu and specialty programs.

Responsibilities
• Develop a Mexican Spirits Program centered on:
• Tequila (all categories)
• Mezcal (regions & agave varietals)
• Raicilla, Sotol, Bacanora
• Mexican gin
Mexican whiskey
• Curate spirits for tastings, flights, shots, and event menus
• Source unique Mexican spirits
• Provide staff training on categories, flavor profiles, and upselling
• Ensure pricing, pour cost, and selections fit our brand and clientele

Who We’re Looking For
• Strong knowledge of Mexican spirits (mezcal, tequila, raicilla, sotol)
• Background in mixology, bar management, or beverage direction
• Passion for Mexican culture, agave, and artisanal distillation
• Ability to create a signature identity for our event and bottle program
• Creative, consistent, detail-oriented
•  Consultant, agave specialist, with deep knowledge
