We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Logistics Technician to join our Clinical Development & Operations team. You will play a vital role in our Crop Science mission, ensuring that critical research samples are managed and distributed accurately to support the development of sustainable agricultural solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Execute domestic and international sample orders using specialized logistics applications, ensuring all shipments comply with IATA and DOT regulations.
• Lead physical inventory reconciliations for bulk and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) samples, utilizing Excel to generate high-accuracy reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain and archive Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis, ensuring all laboratory activities adhere to HSE, site safety, and FIFRA labeling policies.
• Assist in overseeing restricted GLP areas, maintaining secure storage and meticulous records for future reference and regulatory audits.

What You'll Bring

• Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of safe chemical handling and laboratory safety protocols.
• High computer literacy, including experience with data entry and inventory management software (e.g., Excel, CRM, or specialized Logistics Apps).
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or supply chain management, particularly within a regulated industry.
