Job Description

Overview
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Junior Event Coordinator to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, working with people, and supporting event-based marketing activities. Full training is provided, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in events, brand promotion, and campaign coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, organisation, and execution of marketing events and promotional activities
  • Support the setup, coordination, and breakdown of event stands and displays
  • Represent brands professionally during face-to-face and event-based engagements
  • Engage with customers, answer questions, and generate interest in products and services
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute insights to improve event performance
  • Coordinate materials, schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Maintain a positive, proactive attitude throughout all activities
