LaSalle Network is hiring a HubSpot Consultant to join our client’s team on a contract staff augmentation basis. This is an immediate opportunity for a HubSpot expert to play a key role in driving marketing automation, campaign execution, and customer engagement. Based in a fast-paced environment, this role will manage integrations, reporting, and renewals to support onboarding and retention initiatives. The contract will run for an initial three months, with a strong chance of extension, offering 30–40 hours of work per week.
HubSpot Consultant Responsibilities:
Manage renewals.
Build and manage HubSpot lists, email campaigns, and personalization workflows.
Schedule and execute marketing campaigns, including campaign codes, emails, and automation workflows.
Develop, monitor, and report on campaign performance, visitor activity, and onboarding/renewals.
Coordinate lead tracking and movement between HubSpot and Salesforce.
Support Pendo HubSpot integration and Zapier workflows.
Ensure onboarding communications are delivered accurately and on time.
HubSpot Consultant Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting, segmentation).
Familiarity with Salesforce integration and lead management processes.
Experience with Zapier to connect systems and streamline workflows.
Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Pendo experience a plus.
