Job Position: Housekeeper (Part-Time Position-Mostly Weekend).
Motel 6 San Diego - La Mesa is looking for a full-time Housekeeper for our 51-unit franchise hotel.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be in charge of keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and cleaned according to standards.
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
Change linens and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering.
Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered.
Work closely with leadership to identify and implement ideas that will improve the way we do things.
