The Opportunity As the Dispensary Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring all aspects of the operations run smooth. Your focus will be to support the leadership team and assist in building and growing the dispensary team. You must possess excellent customer service skills, sound decision making skills, and have the ability to work with little or no supervision. What You Get to Do Recommend suitable cannabis products to customers, address customers' concerns, and ensure that sales floors are adequately stocked and maintainedDemonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchasesStay abreast of new cannabis products on the marketProcess customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system as neededEnsure that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all timesEducate customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products as neededAssist with receiving cannabis products as neededCheck customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal ageTake inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stockedUnderstand in-store information such as merchandising and branding pointsFollow, and ensure cash handling procedures are maintainedRespond to requests from managementOpen/ Close the dispensary as neededHandle inventory change requestsEnsure product labeling is compliant, and items are ready for sales floor What We Look for in a Person Serves and develops others by building relationships. What Qualifies You Two (2) years of relevant experience in employee relations, customer service, and retail. Must be able to secure a license from the Regulatory Agency.
