Field Recruiter – AI Projects (Contract)

Bilingual | Nationwide Travel | 6–12 Month Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a driven, highly organized, and people-oriented Field Recruiter (Contractor) to support nationwide product testing and research initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in the field, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You will represent innovative technology projects across the U.S., recruiting participants while maintaining strong processes, accurate tracking, and clear communication with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively recruit participants in the field for product testing and research projects
  • Engage confidently with individuals in public spaces, events, campuses, and community areas
  • Clearly communicate project details, eligibility criteria, and participation expectations
  • Screen candidates for fit, availability, and commitment
  • Take ownership of recruitment goals and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets
  • Maintain organized, accurate tracking of leads, outreach, and recruitment outcomes
  • Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, program leads, and client partners
  • Travel frequently across the U.S. based on project needs

Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting experience required (grassroots outreach, brand ambassador, or event marketing) 
  • Fieild recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish strongly preferred, other languages a plus)
  • Highly driven , self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Process-driven and organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker who can adapt outreach approaches in real time
  • Outgoing, engaging, and professional communicator
  • Strong collaboration skills with teams, leaders, and clients
  • Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the U.S.

Preferred Experience

  • Field recruiting, grassroots outreach, brand ambassador, or event marketing
  • Participant recruitment for research studies, focus groups, or product testing
  • Sales, promotions, or community engagement experience

Contract Details

  • Contract Length: 6 months to 1 year
  • Work Style: Field-based with flexible, project-driven scheduling
  • Travel: Nationwide (varies by project)
