$700,000 +

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care, including both surgical and nonsurgical management of complex conditions

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized patient care plans

Participate in shared call coverage to ensure high-quality, continuous patient care

Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and evidence-based best practices within the department

Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency

Fellowship training in a subspecialty (spine, cranial, or endovascular) preferred

Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery

Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster patient education and team collaboration

Ability to work effectively within a multi-specialty practice setting
